(September 19, 2023, 3:46 pm)Matt and Tyler went above and beyond for us when our mortgage rate pre-approval was threatened by a Seller pulling out of a deal at the last minute. Matt fought for us and was able to secure our rate, which were able to put to use on the purchase of a new (better!) home within a month. Matt was personable, attentive and available to help whenever we needed it and made our house hunt much less stressful than it otherwise would have been. We will use Matt again when it comes time to upgrade.

I was a first time home buyer and he definitely made my process easy and comfortable! He seems like a genuine guy and I trusted him throughout the entire process! He also sends updates and will check up on you to see how everything is going!
I highly recommend working with him, I know I will continue to use him in the future! Even my realtor loved working with him and she recommends him to everyone now too! :) -

Less then a year later we closed on a home in the country that we look forward to raising our family in.
