(March 24, 2019, 4:28 pm)The rooms were perfect. We enjoyed the beds very much. The only thing that we didn't like was, there was people walking down the hallway until very late. The were loud and disrespectful and we couldn't sleep until they finally decided to go to bed. I thought the staff should look after that a bit more . Otherwise good.

(December 15, 2018, 10:05 pm)Very clean, very comfortable, very nice. Friendly staff. They have these nice blue sort of runner blanket things on the bed, which is a nice aesthetic touch. And the waffle-maker at breakfast was fun. Those things earn it three stars. Critiques: At breakfast, real dishes would be appreciated, or at least real utensils for easier cutting etc. Less waste, easier eating. Also, I hope they consider switching away from Nestlé as their juice provider.

The room was clean and comfortable (with the only exception being the air conditioning unit which seemed to want to sporadically blast cold air, even though it was set to heat only). There was a Keurig, fridge, and microwave in the room which is a godsend. ... I think I may have forgotten baby food in the fridge (sorry staff!) We made good use of the breakfast area for an evening break, and found it very comfortable. Breakfast was satisfying and had a surprisingly good range of options for a smaller hotel. Apple Cinnamon waffles even! Surprisingly good coffee! Cons: Wonky air conditioner No elevator to second floor (apparently) Pros: Clean and comfortable Helpful room amenities Good food and coffee Very pleasant staff Reasonable price Thank you!

(October 28, 2018, 12:09 pm)Friendly and helpful staff. Had menu's and able to recommend places to eat. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast buffet, although a small seating area if guests show up at the same time. Only 3 tables. Lots of parking.

(October 13, 2018, 4:45 pm)This place is so great! It is our 'go to' accommodation whenever we visit St. Thomas. All the staff, from the manager and front desk folks, to the cleaning staff and cooks (free breakfast and it is delicious!) are friendly and go above and beyond the call if duty to make your stay a pleasant one. We highly recommend the Comfort Inn to anyone that visits St. Thomas. Plus, it is only a 12 minute drive to Port Stanley.
