loved this park, could offer more family activities, but other than that it was amazing here.
Got a nice riverside camp site that we could put the kayaks right in at. It was fairly quiet and secluded, a nice pleasant spot. The closest bathroom was a portapotty, which was a turn-off at first, but it turned out to be quite clean and wasn't horrible. The lady that checked us in was friendly and they were reasonable about everything. Can walk into "town" fairly easily as well. A good location to camp overall, as long as you're not looking for middle-of-the-woods seclusion.
Easy ramp, friendly staff. Parking is not too bad.
Debbie is the best manager. Treats everyone with respect and dignity. Highly recommend!
