  Went at 4pm and it was nice and quiet. Got our meals quickly. About 5 to 10 minutes. We got the ribs and baked potato. Ribs were very nice but the potato tasted like it had sat for too long. It was very dry even with the butter. Staff was very friendly.

  The chicken and shrimp combo was delicious and very filling. The shrimp appetizers were also quite generous and delicious. The server was efficient and friendly. She checked in with us to make sure everything was okay and brought the bill quickly. After we paid, she left us alone to chat for a while.

  I love the chicken....however, the fries usually come cold and soggy and the garden salad had one forlorn piece of unripened tomato. The garlic toast is soggy as well. SC needs to think of better ways to keep their food hot. Sometimes I think when it's for delivery they just throw it together...but if you are IN the restaurant it's better quality because you would send it back. I would love to go into the restaurant but it is not very accessible for those with scooters and wheelchairs...and beware of the long walk for those in walkers. The whole layout of the parking and entrance is not conducive to easy access!!!

  Great location! Just off the highway and pretty close to the movie theatre nearby.
  
  The restaurant itself is nice and newly renovated, not super busy on a Sunday afternoon either.
  
  I liked that they have a separate takeout counter off to the side.
  
  I mainly came in here because I love their fresh cut fries.

  Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions about the menu. Our food was very fresh and hot. Everyone in our party of nine enjoyed their meal. You really can't believe Swiss Chalet.
