  Wonderful professional Front Desk agent she handles a group of guests with a sincere genuine smile. Room was large and clean. Very quiet.

  The hotel was easy to find just off Highway 401. The staff was welcoming and efficient. Fresh fruit and donuts (!) we're available at the desk. Our room was a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The ventilation system in our room was a bit loud, but not uncomfortably so. Overall, very good value for the money.

  I checked in Nov 8. Bed was super comfortable , check in was smooth and room was spacious ...but the bathroom had hair on the floor and in the tub and the soap from the previous guest was open, used and left on the soap holder in the tub. I called the front desk to report it and asked if it was cleaned prior to our arrival and the 16 year old working at the front answered the phone and said “well it should have been” and giggled. I hung up. That isn’t how you respond to guest complaints.

  Came here to take part in Can Praxis Phase 1. The room for myself and my husband was great, very clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was as good as it gets in terms of hotel food. The gym was a little small, but had all the essential equipment. Only issue was that the rooms could use more blankets as the A/C was over enthusiastic.
