  Competent, honest, and nice, decent folk—starting from owner, Dave. Obviously, no repair shop can be perfect. However, based on this reviewer’s substantial experiences in the States, Canada, and elsewhere, they’d not be far from it.

  Dave is quite honestly the best mechanic and most integrity fuelled guy that you could choose to work on your car. old school and knowledge filled he will never rip you off and will always give honest and tempered advice. he has given me and my wife great service over multiple cars over many years and is truly a standout amongst his profession. Rick is also a great mechanic and a stand up guy. do yourself a favour and head to Ballard's autopro for your automotive needs - you won't be disappointed.

  Wasn't sure if I wanted to write a review, this is Whitby's best kept secret and I don't want him to get anymore busier lol.. but the praise is deserving.
  David Ballard is hands down the most knowledgeable, hardest working and reliable mechanic I have dealt with since owing cars for more than 40 years. Oh did I mention integrity ?.... when wondering where all the other mechanics lost theirs... well David grabbed it all up. Put that together with fair pricing and great service then you start to see what Ballards is all about.
