  Environment is welcoming, friendly and very comfortable. Not to mention how clean everything is. I also love the great tunes to listen to when getting waxing done. All staff members are wonderful and listen to your needs. Great offers with the memberships which are affordable and give great discounts and options. The variety of services offered is also fantastic! I reccomend Fuzz to my family and friends.. now a few of us are going! I also love the convienence of booking online!!

  This is a nice place and the staffs are very friendly and good. The women who did my eyebrows was good. But the issue I had was their bed was broken so she couldn't raise my bed. And she find it hard to do my eyebrows. Overall it was a good experience.

  Best wax I’ve had.Very good quality of wax used. Holly the wax expert was absolutely amazing she knows her stuff. The place smells and look great. Even Sarah on the reception desk was awesome. I took out the fanatics membership so I’m definitely going back. Everything was Just beautiful!

  I went in for my brows, as usual. I never chose to ask for the same girl before because I trust everyone there. Each time I had gone in, my brows would turn out great.
  
  This time was different, GOOD different! I had Kelly (I think? I'm sorry if I mixed up the names), and she took my brows to THE NEXT LEVEL! Oh my god, no exaggeration! She took the time with me to ask me for EXACTLY what I wanted to see. To whoever is reading this, I know this may sound dramatic, but I don't even care. She gave me brows, using all of my existing hair (I have a lot of eyebrow hair!), that some people have to draw on to get. They were just that perfect shape. Just enough arch, and still thick enough without looking too manly. I think if Kelly is available every time I book, I'm going with her.
  
  Thanks Kelly, and thanks fuzz for always proving me with a clean, as pain-free of an experience as possible, and just a great atmosphere!
