  I go here for massage therapy. Allison is a fantastic RMT. The other RMT's are also great, which means they book up fast, so book as soon as you can.

  I had foot pain and could not walk on it so went to Peak for treatment and was introduced to acupuncture for the first time within 3 treatments the pain was gone and back to work !

  Had an amazing first visit with Dr. Keber. She got right to the problem and I can finally move and sleep! Peak Health and Fitness is a great community organization, they have sponsored local runs and other events and are very good at what they do! Don't wait if you have an issue. I can't believe the difference after 2 visits.
