I've seen clients visit only to ask questions and become informed and then decide not to buy. They are only looking for free nutritional consultations. Nevertheless they are treated respectfully and in a caring way. The wrong thing with reviews is that they reflect a certain situation that happened in the past. Store staff and organizations change in time. I had good interactions with the store.
