  Top quality service ! These guys treated me like family the moment I walked in the store. I’m so happy with my hot tub and spa boy purchase. Salt water hot tubs are definitely the way to go! These guys definitely sell the best quality Hot tubs out there ! I highly recommend them for the best priced hot tub and spa. My spa is super energy efficient too! My electricity bill was barely impacted.

  Back in July of this year, my wife and I went into Arctic Spa Whitby, to look at some options to purchase our first hot tub. From the moment we entered the store, and met Tony Voelcker, everything just seemed to easy. Tony explained everything in great detail, and ensured that we had all of our questions completely addressed. The install team that came to our home, were also excellent, and further explained everything to us.
  To this day, the staff at this store continue to assist us, and are excellent to deal with. At the risk of driving Tony crazy, we continue to call him and ensure that we are doing things correctly. We would like to thank the entire team at the Whitby Arctic Spa location and in particular Tony, for his continued professional advice and assistance.
  Tony we love our Hot Tub, and you made it all so simple for us. We appreciate your expertise and your commitment to your customers.

  I was extremely impressed with the flexibility, knowledge and excellent customer care demonstrated by Tony from the moment I walked into the store until after the spa was delivered to my home as well as a subsequent visit to ensure all was well. Tony was very flexible as we needed to revisit a few things due to some glitches in my move and various circumstances.Arctic Spa provides the extras in terms of materials and customer service that other spa companies do not. The start up package was a great surprise with a treat added. These are the extra things that make Arctic Spa superior to the rest not to mention and most importantly the quality of the product. I love my new Maligne hot tub and am very grateful to Tony and his install team for a job very well done. I highly recommend Tony and his team.

  We just love our new hot tub we purchased from Arctic Hot Tubs in Whitby. Tony was a pleasure to work with, extremely informative and experienced, and helped us decide on the perfect size and model for us and our family. Delivery and installation was timely and professional. We have already had our first gathering and everyone loved it. We received so many compliments on it. Would highly recommend.
