  We had a great experience with CastleKid for our kids' birthday party! Easy booking process and excellent service. Our guy, Ryan, was very polite, friendly, and efficient. Strangers were stopping by to check it out :) It's definitely a great value considering how much you'd spend to have a party at a play place, and it was a nice to change to be at our own home. We will DEFINITELY book with this company next time we need a party rental!

  Our first time using this company and would use again. Steve was personable, hard-working and kind. We had to rebook due to weather and it was easily done. The castle arrived within the timeframe specified and the bouncy castle we ordered was awesome and exactly as advertised. Highly recommend this company!!

  Great service and price! We often order last minute and we have no problems at all. The setup is quick and easy and the delivery guys are great. They often try to give us more time when they can so we can have an extra few hours or even overnight. Our kids' favourite party element for sure!

  I had made arrangements approx 2 months in advance to rent a jumping castle for my son's birthday with kijiji. What a mistake. The day before I sent a few emails to get the exact address. He never got back to me. On the morning of his party I was in full panic mode. I found this place online and the owner Steve literally got back to within 1/2 hour. Said he could be at my place right before 1 pm that day. He saved my son's birthday party and for that I will always be grateful. They come and install it and pick it up. You don't have to do anything. This experience was beyond extraordinary and talk about going the extra mile for your customers. I have not had this great of an experience in a long time. The jumping castle was of great quality and clean. I highly recommend this company.

  We had a great experience using Castle Kid. The owner, Steve, responded to my email inquiry right away and arranging delivery, set-up, pick-up and payment was easy and smooth. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly.
  
  We rented the Tropical Combo Slide. It has a big bouncing area plus a slide. The bouncing area can safely accommodate 5-6 kids at a time. In order to use the slide, kids need to be able to climb up the wall ladder (the 3-6 year olds could do this easily and even my small 2 year old figured it out in a couple of tries).
  
  Castle Kid employees will do all the set up and take-down. We had the castle for a weekend so turned it off when it wasn't in use. It takes no more than 2 minutes to fully inflate when the kids are ready to get back to jumping. It was such a fun addition to our birthday celebrations.
