  Men's bathroom was a mess, the stall had a broken lock. Our server was less than polite and tended to be inattentive. The food was fine though and the hostesses were good.

  Service is always fast and friendly, and the price can't be beat! It's a nice, quiet crowd so you can enjoy your meal in peace.

  Shawn the server is absolutely wonderful.
  He interacts with my kids and is so good to them. You can count on Swiss chalet to deliver a delicious meal each and every time. They also offer weight watchers choices which is awesome for those doing that program. They offer free wifi. You can get scene points towards going to the movies or cheaper meals. This location has board games if your family would like to play a game.

  Amazing. I bring a (special needs young adult) client here who doesn't always present well in public. This body of staff are so amazing and understanding. They go out of their way to make us feel comfortable.
  Also the service is great!

  The food was great but took about 35 min to come. This is not bad at all for peak rush hour. Usually the food comes. Extremely fast. The floor was insanely slippery for some unknown reason. Again not always like this but it was notable. Overall as long as you like Swiss Chalet this is a good one.
