(January 10, 2023, 11:27 pm)I have been visiting Vivid Hair - specifically Nelly since we moved - 5 years of going to Nelly & Vivid and nothing but amazing service, I was scared to go to a new salon in a new town but I am so grateful I chose Vivid over any other salon. Nelly has a heart full of gold and is always honest and helpful when it comes to hair decisions, there is no one else I’d rather trust with my hair (even my three year old goes to her!). I also don’t know many business owners that will bend over backwards for their clients - she always does her best to fit you in, even if it means she stays open later and gives up her OWN personal time to make sure her clients are happy. I 1000% recommend Nelly & Vivid hair studio for your hair needs (& she even supports local and has other retail items in the salon!)

Her clients LOVE her for who she is and her capabilities!! She once helped a client (senior) who fell outside, didn’t charge her and took her home in her car so she wouldn’t have to walk!! She even called to check in on her to make sure she was okay!! That’s the type of person Nelly is!! A massive heart, amazing talent and a great person to speak to!!
