(February 20, 2020, 11:01 am)A huge thank you to Joshua P. for helping me out with my purchase on Jan. 25. It was such a great experience that I purchased again from The Brick in Feb. From the moment I walked in the door I was taken care of with no pressure whatsoever. Joshua was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I also want to acknowledge the manager, Francis who was the ultimate decision maker and very knowledgeable. It was obvious he had great rapport with his staff and was there in a moments notice to answer staff questions. The interactions between staff and manager was respectful and professional which was so nice to see. It was obvious to me that his employees liked working for him. This shopping experience was a very positive one!

My Store Rep Josh was awesome. He was very helpful, eager, patient, and informative.
My husband and I were so indecisive.
Changed our minds numerous times before we finally made our decision. Enough to drive anyone crazy. Josh was was great through it all.
Would definitely go back. -

He really took the time to educate us about the different mattresses and pillows. He was not pushy and did not rush us while we were trying to decided what we wanted. Thank you for the great customer service we cant wait to get our new bed!
