(March 3, 2019, 12:43 am)I came in looking for skates for my daughter my Husband and I , not realizing the store was closing shortly. The sales associate Melanie was very patient and informative. That girl knows her skates. Not once did I feel like she was rushing us out the door even though I knew we were just past closing. All three of us left with sharp heat moulded skates. Shout out to the gentleman at the service shop too(Brian maybe?), very pleasant. Good job guys. Thank you so much.

(January 16, 2019, 1:58 pm)Significantly understaffed, products not organized well and mixed in with each other causing confusion about similar items. Selection of men’s winter ski wear was more limited than I had expected. The most contact I had with any employee was with the triangle credit car representative who was doing laps around the store trying to sign people up.
