(October 8, 2020, 5:07 pm)I struggled to give this place 5 or 1 star. The issue at hand is that they do have phenomenal employees except for one who truly made the experience poor. I would like to sympathize with the individual as I understand this is tough times but that's no excuse for the actions that were chosen. I only say this as I don't want it to reflect the great service I have received from the other employees at the store and this is how I landed at 3 stars. They really should be 5, but need to work on the one weak link. Maybe the individual was just having a bad day. Feel free to reach out to me if you wish for a more in depth explanation. Thank you
