I only knew one drink from Starbucks (I don’t drink coffee) the strawberry açai refresher, and one of the staff Tito made many recommendations I have really enjoyed

(August 10, 2022, 7:12 pm)I’m a new mama… and I often go through the drive- thru with my screaming newborn to get my coffee before we go on a drive to calm him down. Every single time I am met at the window with kindness, love and support from the employees! The first time I went I was handed a “treat for mom”. Honestly, every time I drive off from the window I cry a little bit just because I feel understood. They understand the little things often are the most important for someone’s day.

(July 24, 2022, 2:33 pm)This was my first experience in a Starbucks, I must say I was genuinely impressed by amazing level of customer service!! Great team work fast and efficient. Ryan was extremely friendly and ensured my coffee was made to my satisfaction.
