It is an excellent machine, we could not be without because it is a great measuring device, which provides us accurate weight of grain fed so we can properly manage grain intakes in the ration and provide an accurate inventory report so we never run out of grain in storage! I called direct to the Manufacturer in Orton Ontario and spoke to Duane! Duane knows mixers and provided me valuable troubleshooting and repair knowledge so I could diagnose and repair the load cells myself on the farm without having to hire another tech to come in! Awesome Duane, thank you I wish every manufacturer was accessible to the Dairymen! We need more company's like Jaylor when margins are tight you cant afford a costly dealer service whenever you may run into technical support training deficits in your education! Thanks! We will buy another Jaylor for sure if this one ever wears out! Well built and reliable what a Dairymen needs to survive increasing debt and income disparity!
