Over the last 20+ years we have always called Ted's Appliance for all of our needs and he has been very polite and professional even with my cat trying to stick his head in to see what he is doing....
Ted has also been sensitive to out pocketbooks and timing, as it has NEVER been the right time for our breakdowns.
If Ted needs to order something in, he is speedy in doing so.
