(August 18, 2020, 7:48 pm)I had my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan in for warranty work. CSN had to repair a paint bubbling issue on the hood that was a factory defect. They were amazing. The service was outstanding. They took care of everything and even buffed out a few other scratches on the van for free. The service technicians and service coordinator were kind, courteous, and very helpful. The best customer service I've had in a very long time.
