(October 19, 2020, 11:30 pm)The tow truck operator was fantastic, really nice guy. The dispatch operator was awful, however. Stranded on the 401 and she rudely refused to send someone out for me until the OPP asked her to then over charged me for it because of that. Only stars are for the driver.
