(February 9, 2023, 3:56 pm)I bought a vehicle from Carmax in Chatham and on the way home from picking it up the transmission blew.
I thought I was going to be in for a big fight but was wrong.
Without any hesitation they drove over an hour to pick the vehicle up, replaced the transmission and delivered the car back to me.
Who does that? I would recommend them to anyone and will deal with them again. Very pleased with the service. -

(June 12, 2020, 1:03 pm)After many months of searching for a really reliable and affordable suv for the family and I; after a dreadful car crash that almost ended our lives, I found the right one at Carmax Motors. Keep in mind that I am in London and had to drive all the way to Chatham to check it out. Upon calling Carmax motors and speaking with the owner, Sid, we were immediately impressed by his humble, focused and family determined mindset. It was just meant to be at that point, so we drove over down to Chatham and surly enough we were greeted by Sid and there was our 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe waiting for us to take on a test drive. We were immediately impressed by its looks and features! It has a heated steering wheel! My wife loves it haha. Anyways, very impressed with his business ethics and would love to buy another vehicle from him. Highly recommended!
