Excellent and fast friendly service....highly recommend for all your tire needs

I had a problem with my van after getting new tires so I called up Brooks. They fit me in to look at my van immediately. The crew at Brooks tire is top notch. They worked quickly to fix my problem. In addition they are kind reasonably priced and they go out of there way to help in any way that they can. I cant say enough about this great buisness. Brooks is always my first choice.

Stopped in as I had a slow leak in my calendar and was asked to have a seat and it would be about 30 mins until they could see me. I was repaired, paid, and out of there within 30. Fantastic service, and pricing. Definitely recommend.

I've been having a problem with one tire for a few weeks, and have visited more than one tire shop asking them to check it out and help me.
Canadian Tire sent me away saying my tire was fine, and OK tire simply didn't check it at all. I was frustrated because I was filling the air every day, and was willing to pay any price to make my car safe.
I finally stopped at Brooks Tire in Chatham, and I'm so glad I did.
I called last minute and spoke to Ryan. When I explained my situation, he made time to check my tire on short notice. Thank goodness! I've been driving around with a broken screw in my tire for 3 weeks!!
He was so professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions, and even though I was prepared to buy new tires today if necessary, he measured the tread in front of me, explained what it meant, and assured me that I could wait awhile. He fixed my problem for only $25.
Even though I live in London, when it's time to buy winter tires and steel rims, I will make the hour and a half drive to Brooks Tire because they were so professional and courteous, I have total faith that I will be treated fairly and with respect.

Earlier today we were on our way to a Ottawa for a family weekend. Our tire burst right as we got on the highway and we had to put our spare on. We headed to Brooks Tires quickly hoping they could quickly give us a new tire and they did an amazing job. It took no more than 25 minutes. Amazing customer service and great price. Will definitely recommend!
