I was living in Woodstock, and was wondering about cottages or land in Chatham Kent. I contacted Jeff and asked a lot of questions and he was very up front and honest. About 7 months ago we had to relocate due to my husband's job. We told him what we were looking for and very vigilantly he found this house from our description. There were numerous instances where I liked the look of a property however once Jeff told me more details of the neighbourhood (rough area etc) I held off and waited for a more suitable home. With Jeff’s guidance, I eventually purchased a home on Delaware Avenue and I couldn’t be happier! The lot is a great size and the home is beautiful. Jeff helped me negotiate a great price for the home and he stuck around after the purchase was made to help me iron out any kinks. He’s a wonderful real estate agent and he is beyond kind. I would recommend Jeff in a heartbeat to anyone looking to buy a home in the Chatham area!
