There’s a great selection of cuts and Chris was fantastic to deal with. We’re really happy we found a local producer that we can buy direct from who obviously cares a lot about the product he provides.

(April 19, 2021, 9:23 pm)Much better than the AAA beef at the grocery store. Really great marbling on all cuts, even the traditionally tougher cuts like the rump turn out great when cooked slow.

We got a good selection of cuts, properly trimmed and individually packed. The beef itself is very juicy and tender and you can tell the difference in the taste, texture and consistency of dry aged organic Angus beef. Chris has great customer service, he kept us updated during the process, and delivered it as promised. If you like to barbecue and enjoy really good quality beef you cannot go wrong with Clear Creek Farms. Highly recommended
