(August 3, 2021, 4:04 pm)EDIT - They have since reached out to me and offered to mail me a replacement Ooze lamp, great customer service and im glad they could help me out with this. Have had many positive experiences in the past, seems to have been a one off mistake.
Was exciting to have my sister and i play the pop lock game- easy jackpot. Spent around 40$ for enough points to get a lava lamp/ooze lamp, was so excited to get it and after having spent so much i thought i would get a prize that wouldnt be ransacked through. Nope. Of course the one they gave me was the one that on the outside was fine looking, but inside was crunched cardboard obviously tampered with. Missing not only the Bulb (if was just the bulb i could have bought a new one) but it was also missing the topper ! Called in and they said i could return it... i live three hours away, seriously!?! Dont advertise prizes that you dont fully have... very upset... -
