The Southampton Beach cottage is magical, a real gem! I thoroughly enjoyed the time that I spent there this summer. I walked and ran along the boardwalk, jumped in the waves, played lots of tennis, rode my bike along some beautiful trails, golfed, shopped and enjoyed visits with friends and family on the beautiful patio, ending each day with the hope of an amazing sunset. When you visit, a trip to the sunflower farm in Hepworth is a must. I have booked my stay for the summer of 2024, I can hardly wait!

Location, location, location!! Walk the Beach or walk to the cute downtown restaurants and unique shops. If you like to walk, cycle or just catch some sun by the water on the beach, this location is ideal. The sun setting over the water is pretty spectacular as well. The cottage is comfy, charming & relaxed with a fireplace and a lovely patio shaded by a tree'd canopy overlooking the beach dunes. There is a paved bike/walking path out back and a gorgeous sandy beach that stretches both ways for miles. As a woman taking a break with a girlfriend, I felt quite secure here & enjoyed that there are other cottages quite close by. And the neighbours were friendly and helpful. It is also a wonderful area to explore; amazing farmers markets abound! Will definitely be back to stay at the Southampton Beach Cottage.

What a discovery!! The cottage is so charming, the kitchen is very well equipped, the view is amazing, the tennis club is next door, and the owners could not have been more friendly and helpful. Southampton itself is a gem I took too long to discover. I fell in love with the boardwalk and walked every day either into town or in the other direction, to the joys of Gerry’s chip wagon. It’s just a short stroll to the main street stores, the piper piping down the sun on Friday nights, the liquor store, the bakery, the library, the museum (don’t miss it, I went twice) and all the other main street delights. The beach is beautiful, the sunsets are beyond belief, and my family and guests (especially my four-year-old granddaughter!) loved swimming in the waves. I’ve already booked a longer stay next year.

Charming beach cottage in a perfect location! It could not have been more adorable, wonderful furnishings, modern and tastefully decorated and all of the amenities. Parking for two cars and right on the beach. So close to downtown Southampton as well. We will definitely rent again!

Had an amazing stay here in October with two families. It was the perfect setting for a mini break from the city and convenient space to beach and small town shopping/restaurants. We also took advantage of the BBQ and fully equipped kitchen to cook some meals together. Really appreciated the well thought out beach life decor.
