(June 23, 2020, 12:54 am)Sue was incredibly kind and drove 30+ miles to deliver meat for my family during quarantine. These steaks were the best we've ever had. Sue went above and beyond to help us, and the meat was exceptional quality!! We are greatly appreciative of this act of kindness.

(March 15, 2019, 11:40 pm)Always a five star. Perfect pork shoulder tonight and amazing glaze with a Rhubard blend that is in Sues shop. I love to drop in and find out exactly how to cook what I buy and what temp to work with. I don't really like to cook that much but it certainly does help out a ton. Between the great butcher and the chef cooking classes with Anne-Marie and the fab roaster from the cooking store (The Cooks Cupboard) here I am really seeing an improvement. ;-)
