Dr Lem took special care and was extremely gentle. I have severe TMJ and jaw disease. He made sure I was okay and didn't need to rest my jaw. I had fillings and also an emergency depulp and root canal. As others mentioned, Dr Lem is very informative and walks you through each step so you know what is going on.
His assistant is a sweetheart. The ladies at the reception desk are also great! I absolutely will be going back with any of my dental needs.
Excellent care in EVERY WAY from this Dental Office. Considering I was here on vacation and experiencing pain and, it turns out, infection in a tooth that had recently been crowned in Kitchener … without hesitation, I was welcomed in by friendly Nadia — and Dr. Richard Lem carefully examined and Xray’d my area of concern. THANK YOU for the antibiotic prescription and rinse. Tooth and gum is 100% better and I’m able to enjoy my vacation in Sauble Beach!
