(April 7, 2021, 9:08 pm)Purchased my first home in Phase 3 in 2019, closed early 2020. The quality of the home is great and the service is very good. The good thing is all upgrades can be included in the purchase price so you can put that in mortgage (unlike in GTA where you have to pay upfront for all the upgrades).
Closed on time and their basic selection of finishing are very good.
Considering the prices of town homes in the area, Walkers homes are reasonable although their prices have increased substantially in 2020 and 2021 (mainly due to the materials getting more expensive due to COVID). -

(April 2, 2021, 3:15 pm)My wife and I are currently in the process of purchasing a home in the Solstice community with Walker Homes. Brooke has been awesome to work with — she's been incredibly patient and accommodating with our requests for customizations and has been on-top of everything since day one. Their upgrade pricing is super fair unlike other builders who seem to price everything extremely high to discourage customization. All in all, a great experience so far. If you are looking in the area, check them out!

The homes are on the expensive side. The options for layout, fixtures, flooring, colour schemes are basic and limited.
