(June 28, 2021, 2:33 pm)The cottages are all clean and is complete with WIFI, cable tv, heater, air conditioning, dishwasher, community bonfire (which we did use as it it was raining for 2 nights). The location is excellent. across the North Shore Park and a short drive to Southampton Beach. Tom is very friendly and welcoming.

(June 20, 2021, 7:39 pm)We had the most amazing family getaway here! Beautiful little cottage, perfect beach town with lots of shopping, and the manager Tom was so friendly and helpful! My children ages 8, 10, and 14 loved it. Having the splash pad and park across the street was a great bonus and the sunsets were absolutely stunning! It was everything we hoped for and more. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent amenities, very quiet, just across the splashpad, playground, beach, trails and amazing spots to see the sunset! We will come back for sure. My kids, 13 and 11 loved it, the trampoline and of course the WI-FI 😊
