Jose & his team helped us clarify a somewhat cloudy vision we had for what we wanted and made it come together beautifully! The quality of construction and materials was second to none and the communication and responsiveness was top notch!
We highly recommend the team at And-Rod if you are looking to build or renovate on the Peninsula.

(Always welcome!). The various contractors were always professional and friendly. Special thanks to Sean Hurst for managing effectively from beginning to end. I have a landscaping project coming up. Jose and his crews are easy to work with, professional, considerate and do incredible work. In an industry where delays, not showing up and cost overruns seem to have become commonplace and almost the norm, Jose is the opposite. Always on time, on schedule and on budget with a quick smile and easy going nature. If you are looking for a contractor to see your new build from start to finish or are looking to renovate an existing cottage, you can't do better than AND-ROD. Highly recommended!

The quality of work was impeccable. Both bathrooms turned into modern masterpieces, with meticulous attention to detail evident in every tile and fixture. The team was punctual, respectful, and exceptionally skilled.
Jose kept us informed and was always available for any queries. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking top-tier work. -
