The rooms were absolutely lovely and everything was so well organized. We could see the sunrise and sunset from right outside our room overlooking the water and it was gorgeous!!! From the bikes, to the room layout, and the sweet birthday card and complementary wine given, everything was so well organized and we couldn't be more grateful. Thank you Melony for making our stay so wonderful.

A real gem! The motel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a stunning view. We loved that we could watch the sunrise from our balcony and also the sunset a short walk away on the opposite side of the property. The night sky viewing was an added treat as well. The owner, Melony, was wonderful and provided a lot of good tips for sightseeing and great food.
We had a lovely stay and will definitely stay here again if we travel this way again.

Our stay at the motel was wonderful! We loved so many things about this place: our room was exceptionally clean, the outdoor kitchen is ingenious, use of kayaks and bikes allowed us to explore, and the owner Melony was lovely. You can tell they really look after this place to ensure every guest has a great experience. We can’t wait to come back and visit!

We just came back from this beautiful place! We stayed in the motel room and everything was perfect. Room was Super clean, the owner and the cleaning lady were amazing! Very helpful with all the questions we had, the motel is well kept, a true oasis of tranquility and relax. Small sandy beach but very clean and enjoyable. We will definitely come back and we definitely recommend Tamarac inn!!

Probably one of the best motels I’ve stayed in, place was incredibly clean, comfy and nice, everything was new and just looked great. Owner was so friendly and helpful, provided with all the local information.

Location is amazing and you can see the water from most of the rooms!

Motel is located at the shore of Lake Huron. You can experience the beautiful sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening.

Best place to enjoy swimming, fishing, and free kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boating for the guests as well as firepit and BBQ available at free of cost.

Overall amazing place and would definitely stay there again :)
