(August 4, 2022, 10:12 am)Had a wonderful time at Lakeside Camp. Owners were great to deal with and the campground is well maintained. Clean washrooms and friendly people. Site was great for my tent trailer but may not be suitable for large RVs.
You're just across the road from Lake Heron's beautiful sunsets and only 10 minutes to the town of Lion's Head. Tons to do in the area too! Will definitely be going back. -

Surely not the only place on the Bruce that doesn't respond to requests to book - my review is for those who may wonder if they're alone in not receiving an email or callback when attempting to reserve a site at this location.
I might suggest setting up alternative methods of booking if you don't have the time to respond to calls/emails.
The place looks gorgeous and I hope others will have the chance to utilize this campground. -

(July 12, 2018, 1:42 pm)Everyone was incredibly friendly, even though we were from the states. Sandra made us feel so welcome and the bathroom and shower facilities were great. Wishing there was a better swimming area/ beach but the water access is so easy it's hard to complain. The pool is great for kids!
