(August 31, 2020, 6:29 am)We couldn’t have picked a better place to order sandwiches for our picnic lunch on Flowerpot Island. With fresh ingredients, all the sandwich/sub toppings you could want, and even homemade baked goods for dessert, the Ferndale Drive In had it all. Everything is nice.

(August 30, 2019, 6:45 pm)Really tasty. People are correct to rave about the subs, they're tasty. The sign saying "RIBS TODAY" drew our attention, and the ribs were worth it too. Great diner coffee. People inside all seemed to know one another, lots of regulars. I liked the sausage, my wife less so. All in all, good reliable eats.

(September 25, 2017, 12:15 am)Hands down, my favourite sub ever. "The FDI assorted", everything freshly sliced with each order. 👌This is a must-have every single time I'm visiting the Bruce. Open May 24 to Thanksgiving weekend only! Burger, fries, sausage - it's all delicious! They serve London ice cream, too.

(July 23, 2016, 7:21 pm)I've been going to this restaurant for over 25 years just buying their ribs and sausage. In all that time I've been so obsessed with the ribs and sausage I've never tried sandwiches, until this week. The BLTs are amazing. We're up what are cottage in Stokes Bay for 5 days, Me and my family went there 6 times. They are that good.
My kids loved the grilled cheese, my wife loved the subs. And I was hooked on the BLT's and of course we all loved the ribs and sausage.
I give them a 10 out of 10.
Great prices and top quality food and bread is sooo fresh, the ribs and sausage hast changed in 25 years,
I've never been disappointed.
The only flaw is they are up at my cottage not near my home.
