(November 16, 2023, 7:35 pm)This small, chic Pilates studio in Paisley is amazing! There has been absolutely no options for Pilates in the area for years and was so excited when All Bodies opened. The classes are fun and just challenging enough. It really is a choose your own adventure. Chelsea is very encouraging and is always by your side making sure you’re doing it right and pushing you towards your best self. I highly recommend All Bodies to EVERYONE.

(November 3, 2023, 12:17 am)Gorgeously challenging, fun, intimate yet open and relaxed. I didn’t know what to expect from this small town Pilates class but it was like being in a big city in terms of knowledge, skill, and ease that Chelsea led her class.
