(March 20, 2021, 5:53 pm)I spent nearly an hour searching for someone locally who would service my softener instead of just wanting to sell me a new one for $1600. Bill replaced the worn out valves and did a complete service for under $200. in less than 24 hrs. The softener should be great for another decade.
Good old fashioned, honest service!!! That's hard to find these days. -

(October 21, 2020, 11:32 pm)Moved to a house in Cainsville with a water softener and r/o system that were not working very well. The water was undrinkable until Bill came and fixed things up: he replaced the old filters with high quality new filters, emptied the bladder tank, sanitized the r/o system, optimized the softener settings, and patiently answered all my questions (these gadgets are new to me). I highly recommend Bill and Watershed of Brantford for the quick response to my service inquiry, thorough and professional service, and great value.

(June 16, 2020, 10:19 pm)Bill has taken the frustration out of country living. Moving from the city and never having to worry about things like septic, well, hard water, RO, or UV treatment, it was definitely an eye opener for us.
One call to Watershed if Brantford and Bill was there, on schedule, and able to address all of our concerns and issues on the first visit. Amazing service, and IMO far better value than the large franchises. I have recommended Watershed Brantford to many friends and clients, and will continue to. 😀👍
