(June 3, 2019, 6:55 am)It's been a long time since I can say I've enjoyed Taco Bell, but I most certainly enjoyed it tonight at this location. The meat came out hot, fresh and full of flavor, just like I remember it in the 90's. The store front looked very classy (as much as it can before it wins the food wars and Demolition Man is defrosted to wreak havoc on us all).
The staff were friendly and courteous, which is not only a step above expectations for a fast food job, but likely 3 or 4 steps above the regular expectations of fast food staff in the city of Brantford. The owner of this frsnchise is certainly doing something right with his people, and in that spirit, they should definitely receive kudos. -

I want to extend a thank you for your hospitality, I cannot remember a time I visited a fast food restaurant and was greeted so extraordinary. That made me feel as though I was important to your business, and as a customer we definitely are important but don't get recognized for it.
To the gentleman who brought my food to the window.... You told me, sorry for your wait? This very much so puzzled me!
You had my food ready quicker than McDonald's would even dream of on a normal day... And I bought more food than I normally would at McDonald's on any given day.
To say the least, I was extremely thrilled that at the end of my visit here I felt like a human being, and not just some animal that requires food. Although I am not big on taco Bell, I would definitely return based on my experience the other night!
