Not only did they repair my gas line to my BBQ, but they took the time to explain fully what the issue was, and where the leak was located. They also took the extra step to clean out all the dead leaves under my deck! I had used this company in the past to repair my furnace, and am so glad I called them again. Superb service. Thank you!

(March 10, 2021, 5:44 pm)Reliant just installed furnace/AC made by Napolean which is made in Barrie ON. The complete install was done in less than 7 hours. Reliant was the best of 3 quotes. They even supplied a Napolean AC winter cover which is quite unique because it has vents in each side which allows for air circulation. Reliant has serviced my Furnace/AC for the last 5 years plus serviced my AC when it quit 3 years ago. I would highly recommend Reliant which is a locally owned company.

I had purchased a fireplace insert and BBQ, Rob and the technicians assembled the bbq and took the old one away I was extremely impressed with how helpful and kind they were.
Rob was friendly, informative and very helpful. I couldn't be happier with the new fireplace and BBQ. The customer service exceeded my expectations! Thank you for all the support. -

We had no prior knowledge of fireplaces, but Rob and his team made the entire process very simple and straightforward. All the technicians were extremely friendly, informative and helpful. Once the fireplace was installed, we realized that we didn't like the thickness of the backer plate so Rob suggested removing it and using a thinner trim, which was the perfect solution. We couldn't be happier with our new fireplace and their customer service exceeded our expectations! Thank you so much!

Actually, they went above and beyond because the technician answered questions for me that I didn't even ask. Yes, he was very informative! I couldn't believe they come to my place and do an assessment of what I need before they do the work. Most people make you pay just to show up. I highly recommend! 5 for 5.
