He made the process very easy and showed me a few tips and tricks for learning. I would definitely recommend Long and McQuade Brantford for any musical purchases

I had the pleasure of Jake O’Neill helping me out and showing me what works best! I’ve known him for quite some time and fully trust in his knowledge of musical expertise! He took the time to fully show me how the equipment works and made sure that I was confident in my purchase! Because of my excellent experience at this store and with the help of Jake I will definitely be back for more!

I was enjoying testing out gear until a younger store clerk showed some disrespect by interrupting the good jams and showed little concern with what he had done. Selling guitars is an art not flipping burgers.
