I called John and he took my info on the phone right away, and then came to our home the next morning to meet with us. We had our mortgage approval with fantastic rate within 24 hours, and he came to our home a second time so we could sign our documents.
John easy to talk to, professional, friendly, and kind. He made everything easy and made us feel like we were his only clients when we needed him most - even though we know how busy he is!!!

We have an issue with our lender adding insurance premium on our mortgage commitment 2 days before closing date. We contacted John and he resolved the issue right away.
