Each time I walk into the store I am greeted with a smile and I know she goes above and beyond what is expected of here, she really goes the extra mile. If you have a reward Program then I believe Charlene should receive one.

She gave me a push from my comfort zone and I have never been more pleased with my latest glasses. Absolutely love them. Thanks again Charlene!!

(August 1, 2017, 6:14 pm)Cheryl & Barb (and others I have encountered) at this Hakim location have taken my eyeglass maintenance issues as though they were their own, and fixed my various eyeglasses expertly. This location is a must for anyone wearing eyeglasses, who needs a professional intervention from time to time. A vital service done professionally and courteously. Also an excellent stock of new eyeglass options in-store. 5 stars!
