It was a tent wedding which he delivered exceptional service, amazing quality of food, an exceptional charcuterie display. The full meal was served with professional excellence, no delays, the flavours were amazing, the meal was served warm (consider how difficult that would be with no ovens). Marshall was excellent to work with, his prices are great. Please consider him for your next occasion. I certainly will! He went over and above to ensure our service was perfect. The guests were raving about his meal he served.

His staff were very professional and made everything go smooth even with the restrictions of Covid. If your thinking of booking him, think no more and book !!! Pricing is tooo good for the excellent high end food he serves !!

The hall we had used did not have any of the tables or chairs arranged the way they were supposed to be and Marschal helped us arrange all the tables and chairs. He went the extra mile to make sure that my family and friends were comfortable and satisfied and he fit right in among them. The food was absolutely amazing, and I couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommended!
