When assisting as a tour guide I needed to be able to act quickly in case one of our clients has an accident. I learned valuable skills from the instructor on how to take care of different wounds & identify someone having an allergic reaction (if needed helped them to administer their epi-pen), take care of a drowning victim, and countless other useful tips. I feel more confident in my business knowing I now have this added skill thanks to the knowledgeable instructor.
