(April 7, 2019, 7:19 pm)At such a hard time as my cat was suddenly passing away they got me in right away on a sunday not even being a client of theirs. They were compassionate and so kind helping me understand he had a liver disease and i could easily see he was suffering so i knew the best thing was to put him down the staff and doctors were well worth the hour trip! Caring and kindness are not qualities you see everyday anymore. 10/5 stars. Thank you to everyone here i appreciate it.

(January 2, 2019, 1:34 am)So grateful for both this team and the Ancaster location as well when our lab required emergency surgery over the holidays. As you can imagine, both my husband and I were very concerned and the staff was professional, attentive, and courteous. They handled both surgery’s (yes, 2!) with ease and kept us informed with status updates and calls all week. Whenever we called in distress, they made sure to accommodate our dog for an appointment and respond to all our inquiries. When we took Walter back for boarding he was actually excited to go in and see the girls despite all he had been through! I knew he was in good hands with lots of attention. We can’t thank you enough for the care and concern you all showed our fur baby! Thank you!
