  Great gym. The trainers here provide excellent guidance and leadership for those struggling to get on track. Would recommend to those struggling to do so on their own.

  Mike and his team of trainers are very knowledgable on the various aspects of strength training; lifting, eating, and rest. The facility is clean and has every machine imaginable to take your lifting to the next level. Mike and his team were kind enough to take some additional time to analyze my squat and provide me with some takeaways to work on at my home gym. It just makes sense to be trained by a trainer that has the awards and recognitions that Mike and his team currently hold.

  This facility is amazing. The trainers are phenomenal and the equipment is superb. This hidden gem in St George has improved my life immensely.
