Jay Little is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and took the time to ensure that all of my questions/concerns were addressed. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process and confident in his findings and explanations. The report I was provided with, post inspection, exceeded my expectations and is filled with tons of helpful information that I will use for many years.

He provides the condition of each location of the house with recommend all the task as protect/improve/regular maintenance/monitor/repair/..etc. It is very helpful for understand and regular maintenance the house in the future.
