one to buy a car without seeing it first but Greg’s honesty and constant communication made it easy to move forward with my purchase. He even drove the car 5.5 hrs in his trailer to deliver it in the middle of winter on one of the coldest days of the year. I am in the car business as well and know good customer service when I see it. I can definitely say I made a new friend and Greg will be the first one I contact when I look for my next exotic car. I left him a message, and not only did he respond within a few hours, he made me feel like I had been a valued customer for the past 20 years. He went over all of the details of the subject vehicle, and assured me that he would give me top dollar for my trade-in. Since most dealers are looking to low ball your trade, I was pleasantly surprised that he actually did put a great value on my trade, and helped me meet my budget for the new car.
It was such a pleasure to deal with a smaller dealer, who gives his full attention to you, rather than the large dealerships who look at you as a number for their quota. I will continue to deal with Greg on-going into the future for my next vehicle. His knowledge of each car in his possession is unmatched. Thanks again, Greg! I’m really enjoying the new ride!
