Great place to work and have great customer service 👍
I talked with Susan today at the ups brantford shipping centre, she is the most unhelpful person telling me that my package and others including rotten ingredients food is not a priority and that we just need to wait. She told me they work 12 hour days all weekend my response we own a roofing company that works seven days a week 18 hour days there’s no reason for this.
But now for the shining star of UPS Melissa Cromwell, she took the time to see if my package was thier and it was and she bring it out.
