Most importantly, she was very responsive in answering my questions. Jackie's confidence and clear direction greatly eased my frustration. The fees were fair and clear. Highly recommend her!

We went to Jackie with a very unusual small claims court case against a major corporation which was something she had not undertaken before. Not being a gambler Jackie did a lot if research to become familiar with casino rules.. Her hard work and willingness to take on a new challenge lead to a successful verdict for us and we are very grateful to her for that.

(October 27, 2021, 7:41 pm)We had a deck replaced and the person doing the job did a terrible job. Approximately 5 months after it being built the deck began to fall apart. We had 2 other deck companies in and they both advised the deck was not built to "code" and the deck was a complete teardown! We made serval attempts to get some of our money back from the deck builder, to no avail. We decided to contact Jackie and went to see her. Jackie gave us our options and we decided to allow Jackie to send the guy a letter. We truly believed we would not hear from him and we would be taking this case to small claims court! Within a day of sending the letter, the deck guy was willing to settle. We received money from him and we were very happy with the outcome! Jackie was amazing! Will be referring Jackie to anyone who is in need of a Paralegal! We will definitely use Jackie again, if needed. Very Happy with outcome! Great job!

I probably emailed her every day, and she never made it seem like I was bothering her. She was always ready to answer any questions. I highly recommend Jackie at Struthers Legal Service!!
